About The Even Table

The Even Table is an independent bill-splitting tool, built and operated under the name The Even Table. It helps a table of friends turn one shared bill into clear individual shares and a practical settlement plan.

What this site does

Assign items to the people who shared them, account for discounts, tax and tip, and review who should pay whom. The rounding rules are visible alongside the calculator, so the individual amounts reconcile with the bill total.

What it does not do

We do not move money, connect to a bank, create accounts or save an expense history. The calculations happen in your browser. Suggested transfers are instructions for you to carry out with your own payment method.
